Your Rights, Responsibilities & Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and de99 (hereinafter referred to as "de99", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). The Terms govern your access to and use of the de99 website located at https://de99.io and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and any promotional or bonus offers made available through the Platform.

By registering an account on de99, accessing any part of the Platform, placing a bet, depositing funds, or otherwise using any service offered by de99, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases.

To register and maintain an account on de99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. de99 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of a third party.
• You do not hold more than one active account on de99 at any time.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from de99.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee of de99 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.

de99 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Failure to meet or maintain any eligibility condition may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of active bets, and forfeiture of bonus balances as set out in Section 11 of these Terms.

Each player may register only one (1) account on de99. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. de99 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate registrations.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping all account details up to date. de99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

Your account credentials — including your username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with, or disclosed to, any other person. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your de99 account.
• Log out of your account after each session on shared or public devices.
• Notify de99 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not allow any other person to place bets or conduct transactions using your account.

de99 will treat all activity conducted under your account credentials as having been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to us prior to the activity in question. de99 will not be responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access that you failed to report promptly.

All deposits and withdrawals on de99 are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied; there are no hidden foreign exchange fees. de99 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed within your account cashier at the time of the transaction. de99 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of a verified withdrawal request, though processing times may vary based on your payment provider.

All payment accounts used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. de99 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts held by third parties. If a mismatch is detected between the account holder's name and the payment account name, de99 may suspend the withdrawal and request verification documentation.

de99 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their own financial service provider. de99 shall not be liable for delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, system outages, or public holidays.

All bets placed on de99 — whether on cricket, other sports markets, live casino games, or slot titles — are subject to these Terms and to the specific game or market rules displayed at the time of play. By placing a bet or initiating a gaming session, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable game rules and accept them.

General betting rules:

• Bets may only be placed by the registered account holder. Placing bets on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the de99 system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player unless the market specifically offers a cash-out feature and that feature is available at the time of the request.
• de99 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on a market that was offered in error, where the odds were clearly mispriced due to a technical fault, or where the outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per market and are displayed within the betting interface. de99 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
• de99 does not accept or offer credit betting. All bets must be funded from your available real-money or eligible bonus balance at the time of placement.

Cricket betting specific rules:

• All cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, and other international tournaments — are governed by the market-specific rules displayed within the cricket betting section.
• In-play bets are accepted based on the live data feed at the time of bet acceptance. Discrepancies between displayed and actual match state at the moment of bet placement may result in bet voiding at de99's discretion.
• de99 reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time — including during live play — where match integrity concerns arise or where data feed disruptions affect pricing accuracy.

Live casino and slot game rules:

• All live casino games (including Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, Andar Bahar, and game shows) are provided by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each game are governed by the provider's published game rules, accessible within the game interface.
• All slot titles are provided by certified providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each title are published by the respective provider and are available on request.
• de99 is not responsible for disruptions, disconnections, or errors originating from third-party game providers. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the provider's dispute resolution procedures will apply.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published with the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are issued at de99's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms at the time the bonus is issued.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within your account. Wagering requirements must be met in full before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real money.
• Where a player holds both a real-money balance and a bonus balance, the applicable wagering rules governing the order of funds used will be displayed within the account cashier.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• de99 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus — and any winnings generated from that bonus — if there is credible evidence that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, the creation of duplicate accounts, or any other violation of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on de99. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, voiding of all active bets, and forfeiture of any real-money or bonus balance held in the account at the time of detection:

• Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false registration details, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.
• Multiple Account Creation: Registering or operating more than one de99 account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Money Laundering: Using de99 as a vehicle to process, transfer, or disguise funds of illegal origin. de99 co-operates fully with law enforcement in relation to any suspected money laundering activity.
• Match Fixing & Insider Betting: Placing bets using non-public insider information, or participating in any scheme to manipulate sporting outcomes for betting gain.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through coordinated play, reverse-engineering wagering requirements using low-risk or hedged strategies, or structuring bets specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the games.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without express written approval from de99.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals on legitimate de99 deposits. Where a chargeback is raised, de99 will suspend the account immediately and pursue recovery of any funds withdrawn against the disputed deposit.
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players to exploit game mechanics, share information in real-time during live games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Technical Exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, RNG weaknesses, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through known software errors must be returned to de99.

All content on the de99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the property of de99 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the Platform software.
• Create derivative works based on de99 content without express written permission.

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any individual game or market due to technical faults, maintenance, regulatory requirements, or force majeure events.
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or displayed account balances arising from technical faults — de99 will endeavour to correct any such errors promptly but shall not be liable for actions taken on the basis of erroneous information.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or circumstances beyond de99's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

de99's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

de99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• de99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, or other illegal activity.
• A player is determined to be under 21 years of age.
• A player has initiated a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit.
• The player has self-requested account closure or a self-exclusion period via the responsible gaming tools.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements necessitate account closure.

Upon suspension or closure, de99 will review any remaining balance in the account. Where closure is due to a Terms breach, bonus balances and any winnings derived from those bonuses may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to de99, provided no fraud investigation is ongoing.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 working days.

de99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, de99 will notify active players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. de99 operates as an online entertainment platform and does not make specific claims regarding regulatory licensing from any named Bangladeshi government authority. de99 maintains its platform in compliance with its operational framework and encourages responsible, legal use by all registered players.

In the event of a dispute between de99 and a player, the following process applies:

2. Internal Review: de99's compliance team will review the complaint and provide a formal written response within 10 working days of receipt of all relevant information.
3. Escalation: If the player is not satisfied with de99's response, the matter may be escalated in writing, with the player providing full details of their objection to the initial response. de99 will issue a final decision within a further 10 working days.

de99 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or legally available in any specific jurisdiction outside of its operational framework. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of de99 complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
